Bread

  • 1.5 kilo(s)

Coconut Milk

  • 2 liter(s)

Dried mixed fruit

  • 100 grams

Lemon Zest

  • 1

Sugar

  • 200 grams

Piedmont Bread cake Directions

Chop the bread in a pot and soak it in coconut milk (or any dairy free milk you like).

Let it soften. 

Add sugar and lemon zest and dried fruit.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.

Then bake at 80 degrees for the last 30 minutes.

The texture should be very soft.
