Pasta (fusilli gluten and wheat free) with sundried tomatoes, soya cheese mozzarella style, olives and tomatoes

Peel, chop and deseed the tomatoes with spring onions and seasoning with salt in order to release all the water. Leave to rest for at least an hour. Chop 50 gr of sundried tomatoes and 200 gr of soya cheese mozzarella style. Cut the pitted olives in 4 pieces. Cook the pasta as indicated by the producer and drain it. Add all the other ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.
